Our advice before buying…

  • With the knowledge of our craft, Casavog is in a position to make an independent diagnosis and can better advise you on your interest in Nice, the hinterland of Nice, the Alpes-Maritimes, the Var and its surroundings. 

  • During my visit I shall raise the technical aspects of such a renovation: load bearing walls, partitions, the state of the plumbing, the electricity.

 

  • I shall listen to your aspirations (ideas or hopes) and needs and together we will reflect on the potential of the property viewed:  redistribution of the volumes, creation of rooms, the light, the existing openings and other technical aspects.

 

  • Orally, I shall give you the price range of a global budget to envisage for eventual work or transformation that will enable you to include it together with your request for a mortgage.

 

  • Cost of Diagnosis:  complimentary.  (Free of charge or by courtesy)
