Originally a dilapidated 2 bedroom apartment of 65 sqm, located in an early 20th century building.
Creation of 3 bedrooms with en-suite shower rooms. Complete project management, from the conception to the creation, and finally, the decoration. Remain within budget and delivery date.
Optimising an ideal space for joint tenancy. Living area : a convivial kitchen/living room, ideal for students or tourists on holiday
